How long until my payment is confirmed?
USDT-TRC20 and TRX usually within a minute, BSC about a minute, Ethereum 1–2 minutes. The checkout shows live confirmation progress and returns you to the merchant automatically.

Orders are matched by exact amount. Small differences (such as a fee) are usually matched automatically; larger ones go to manual review — contact the merchant with your transaction hash.
The order expired but I already paid.
Do not pay again. Send the order number and transaction hash to the merchant; the payment is verifiable on-chain and will be credited after review.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto cannot be returned to the sender automatically. Refunds are initiated by the merchant to an address you provide on the same chain — please contact the merchant.
